It’s that time of year again — time for the annual Mistletoe and Moss Holiday Market, which is set for Friday and Saturday at the Lake Charles Civic Center.

Step into a winter wonderland of twinkling lights and Christmas music and browse for the perfect gift for that special someone while soaking up all of the wonderful sights, sounds and scents of the holidays.

Shopping hours are 9 a.m.-8 p.m. Friday and 9 a.m.-6 p.m. Saturday but there are other things to see and do at the event, including live entertainment, a Sip & Shop on Friday, and breakfast with Santa on Saturday.

With more than 80 vendors from all over the United States, there should be something for everyone at this festive event.

From apparel to jewelry and specialty foods to accessories, as well as furniture and home decor, there will be plenty to delight the senses at this always well-attended event. Part of the fun for some shoppers is making a beeline to their favorite booths from previous years of the market.

If you’re looking for a unique gift, something to celebrate the season, or just the perfect thing within your price range, you’ll likely find it at Mistletoe and Moss.

General admission for the market is $10.

Tickets are $25 for Sip & Shop, and $20 for the Santa & Friends breakfast.
