<p class="p1">The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

<p class="p2"><span class="s1"><strong>Kinnon Wayne Dignam</strong></span>, 41, Hayes — headlamps on motor vehicles; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; two counts drug possession. Bond: $17,600.

<p class="p2"><span class="s1"><strong>Demetrius Mico Ceasar</strong></span>, 37, 6675 E. U.S. 90, Iowa, La. — headlamps on motor vehicles; possession of marijuana, first offense; drug possession. Bond: $11,100.

<p class="p2"><span class="s1"><strong>Daniel Cliff Brown</strong></span>, 36, 1202 Edwards Road, Sulphur — three counts drug possession. Bond: $12,000.

<p class="p2"><span class="s1"><strong>Corey Blake Spikes</strong></span>, 33, 1313 Tulane St. — two counts violations of protective orders. Bond: $60,000.

<p class="p2"><span class="s1"><strong>Alicia Renee Fusilier</strong></span>, 28, 513 Fontenot Road — two counts drug possession; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; illegal carrying of weapons during commission of a crime or in presence of CDS. Bond: $35,000.

<p class="p2"><span class="s1"><strong>Antonio Debar Tompkins</strong></span>, 24, 1009 Live Oak St. — direct contempt of court; failure to report the commission of certain felonies. Bond: $90,000.

<p class="p2"><span class="s1"><strong>Joseph Brandon Simien</strong></span>, 37, 1828 7th St. — simple criminal damage to property less than $1,000; disturbing the peace; obscenity; three counts drug possession. Bond: $6,000.

<p class="p2"><span class="s1"><strong>Michelle Lynn Jacobs</strong></span>, 31, Houston — domestic abuse battery.

<p class="p2"><span class="s1"><strong>Jamie Cardenas-Olea</strong></span>, 35, Houston — domestic abuse battery.

<p class="p2"><span class="s1"><strong>Robin James Broussard</strong></span>, 58, 5221 Claire Drive, Sulphur — two counts domestic abuse battery. 

<p class="p2"><span class="s1"><strong>Jesse William Spearing</strong></span>, 35, 805 Topsy Road No. 91 — transfer and possession of stolen vehicles; obstruction of justice; drug possession; certain activities regarding contraband in penal institutions prohibited. Bond: $40,000.

<p class="p2"><span class="s1"><strong>Brice Dominic Joseph</strong></span>, 39, 632 N. Simmons St. — drug possession. Bond: $10,000.

<p class="p2"><span class="s1"><strong>Aaron Paul Alleman</strong></span>, 36, 4156 N. Kendrick Road, Sulphur — illegal possession of stolen firearms, first offense. Bond: $7,000.

<p class="p2"><span class="s1"><strong>Ralph Dwight Anderson</strong></span>, 19, 1807 11th St. — monetary instrument abuse; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia. Bond: $11,000.

<p class="p2"><span class="s1"><strong>Tyson Vaneric Francis</strong></span>, 31, 7157 W. Savanna Lane — domestic abuse battery.

<p class="p2"><span class="s1"><strong>Jacki Lorraine Francis</strong></span>, 35, 7157 W. Savanna Lane — domestic abuse battery.

<p class="p2"><span class="s1"><strong>Morgan Graham Bullard</strong></span>, 37, 918 Magdalena Drive, Sulphur — domestic abuse battery, pregnant victim.

<p class="p2"><span class="s1"><strong>Clayton Gemar Mays Jr.</strong></span>, 21, New Orleans — domestic abuse battery. 

<p class="p2"><span class="s1"><strong>Ashley Brook Bullard</strong></span>, 32, 918 Magdalena Drive, Sulphur — domestic abuse battery.

<p class="p2"><span class="s1"><strong>Christopher James Laughlin</strong></span>, 33, 309 S. Thompson Ave., Iowa, La. — domestic abuse battery.

<p class="p2"><span class="s1"><strong>Raymond Roy Stehm Sr.</strong></span>, 55, Bainbridge, N.Y. — unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Bond: $5,000.

<p class="p2"><span class="s1"><strong>Matthew Tyler Hayes</strong></span>, 30, 321 Oak St., DeQuincy — seven counts drug possession; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; possession of marijuana, first offense. Bond: $297,000.

<p class="p2"><strong>Hurlenskie Keon Deonjuan Jack</strong>, 20, 300 Dobbertine Road No. 25 — domestic abuse battery, pregnant victim; resisting a police officer with force or violence; simple criminal damage to property less than $1,000; direct contempt of court; probation violation.

<p class="p2"><span class="s1"><strong>Dennis Todd Trahan</strong></span>, 31, 718 Tallow Road — domestic abuse battery. Bond: $10,000.

<p class="p2"><span class="s1"><strong>Ashley Yvonne Royer</strong></span>, 34, 555 Ethel Drive — six counts direct contempt of court. Bond: $12,000.

<p class="p2"><span class="s1"><strong>Robert Ray Coleman</strong></span>, 21, 414 Smith Brooke Road, Leesville — simple criminal damage to property less than $1,000; theft less than $1,000; simple burglary; criminal trespass. Bond: $5,000.

<p class="p2"><span class="s1"><strong>Jalen Paul Latigue Sr.</strong></span>, 26, 2929 General Doolittle Ave. — two counts possession of firearm or carrying concealed weapon by a person convicted of certain felonies; obstruction of justice; illegal use of weapons or dangerous instruments; drug possession; possession of synthetic marijuana, first offense-misdemeanor; simple criminal damage to property less than $1,000; aggravated assault upon a dating partner, child endangerment law.
