CPSO Seeking Information Regarding Missing Woman

News Release

<p class="p1">Lake Charles, LA – On Tuesday, September 25, 2018, at approximately 10:00 p.m. Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to the I-210 bridge in reference to an unoccupied Volkswagen Tiguan (SUV) stopped on top of the bridge.</p><p class="p2">After further investigation it was learned the owner of the vehicle is Debra Kay Hughes 58, Monroe.  She is described as being 5’, weighing 100 pounds, with brown hair. Family members advised they last spoke with her during the evening of September 25 prior to deputies finding her car on top of the bridge. </p><p class="p2">Due to the possibility Hughes may have jumped off of the bridge, the CPSO Marine Division has been diving and patrolling the area since Tuesday night.</p><p class="p2">The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office is requesting if anyone has any information related to the possible whereabouts of Hughes, please contact the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office at 337-491-3605.</p><p class="p3">CPSO Detective Keeba Barber is the lead investigator on this case.</p>””Missing Woman
