Due to containment loss with the Tiger Island Fire, a voluntary evacuation order has been issued for the area south of La. 110 between Singer and Merryville and for residents on the west side of La. 27 to Juanita.

There are firefighting activities taking place at this time to regain containment, according to the Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office.
