The following menus for Sept. 11-15 for area schools have been submitted by supervisors of food services. Menus are subject to change.

MONDAY: Hot dog or corn dog, chili cup, French fries, steamed broccoli, peaches, orange, Rice Krispies treat

TUESDAY: Chicken nuggets or tenders, white cheddar mac-n-cheese, yam patty or mashed sweet potatoes, green beans, apricots, banana.

WEDNESDAY: Cubed beef or pork roast, rice and gravy, black-eyed peas, corn on the cob, fruit cocktail, grapes, graham crackers.

THURSDAY: Nachos or taco pie, pinto beans, lettuce/tomato cup or garden salad, blueberries, raisins.

FRIDAY: Cheeseburger or fish and pickle sandwich, onion rings or breaded okra, carrot sticks with ranch, pears with shredded cheese cup, apple.


MONDAY: Honey oat waffles, sausage link, frozen strawberry cup, apple.

TUESDAY: Ham slice and grits, Trix or Cocoa Puffs cereal bar, peaches, orange.

WEDNESDAY: Plain bagel with cream cheese or toast with jelly, cheddar cheese slice or string cheese stick, apricots, banana.

THURSDAY: Pancake on a stick, hashbrown, fruit cocktail, grapes.

FRIDAY: Breakfast break kit, muffin, blueberries, raisins.



MONDAY: Chicken nuggets, mac and cheese, carrots, green beans, apple.

TUESDAY: Red beans and sausage, mustard greens, cornbread, peaches.

WEDNESDAY: Baked chicken, broccoli cheese and rice, corn, mixed fruit, rolls.

THURSDAY: Soft chicken taco, Spanish rice, red beans, taco salad cup, fresh fruit cup.

FRIDAY: Ham and cheese roll, relish tray with dip, sweet potato fries, pears.


MONDAY: Pancakes, pears.

TUESDAY: French toast, peaches.

WEDNESDAY: Hash brown casserole, sliced apples.

THURSDAY: Sausage biscuit, mixed fruit.

FRIDAY: Toaster pastries, peaches.



MONDAY: Mini corndogs, roasted potato wedges, tropical fruit salad, grape tomatoes.

TUESDAY: Street tacos, salsa, Texas ranchero beans, pineapple tidbits, sugar cookie.

WEDNESDAY: Spaghetti, honey dew and cantaloupe, seasoned green beans, Italian roll.

THURSDAY: Rice and gravy, black-eyed peas, mustard greens, honey wheat roll.

FRIDAY: Pulled pork on a bun, sweet potato fries, seasoned green beans, berry mix and peaches.


MONDAY: Glazed donut holes, strawberry banana yogurt.

TUESDAY: Brown sugar and cinnamon oatmeal, cinnamon toast, cinnamon apple slices.

WEDNESDAY: Waffles, Mandarin oranges, berry mix.

THURSDAY: Country breakfast, buttered toast, berry mix and pears.

FRIDAY: Crunchy cereals, banana.



MONDAY: Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes.

TUESDAY: Salisbury steak, buttermilk biscuits, mashed potatoes, field peas, sliced peaches.

WEDNESDAY: Sausage on a bun, sweet potato fries, carrot sticks, fruit salad.

THURSDAY: Pollock sticks, macaroni, side salad, black-eyed peas, sliced peaches.


MONDAY: Blueberry muffin, mixed fruit cup.

TUESDAY: Brown sugar cinnamon PopTarts, strawberry cup.

WEDNESDAY: Pancakes, peach cup.

THURSDAY: Glazed donut, mixed berries cup.

TUESDAY: Oven-baked chicken, steamed cabbage, candid sweet potatoes, fruit Jell-O cup, whole-wheat cornbread.

WEDNESDAY: Chili con carnie, whole-grain rice, mustard greens, fruit, whole-wheat cornbread, salad bar.

THURSDAY: Corndog, baked beans, oven-baked fries, mixed fruit.

FRIDAY: Chicken or beef nachos, corn on the cobb, ranch-style beans, apple wedges.


MONDAY: Breakfast burrito, cantaloupe.

TUESDAY: Cheese toast, hashbrowns, watermelon.

WEDNESDAY: Scrambled egg, biscuit, strawberry and banana.

THURSDAY: Waffles, fruit.

FRIDAY: Assorted cereal, cinnamon graham cracker, pineapple tidbits.
