A 55-year-old Jennings man is accused of molesting a child while she was sleeping.

Kenneth Wayne Foreman, 55, was arrested on a sexual battery charge Friday following an investigation by the Jeff Davis Parish Sheriff’s Office.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a report from the victim’s grandmother last Saturday accusing Foreman of inappropriately touching the child.

Foreman remains in the parish jail without bond.
