The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

James Thaddeus Pappillion, 64, 513 Mill St. Apt. 513 — pedestrians on highways or interstate highways; two acts prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; two counts drug possession; urinating in public places prohibited; two counts direct contempt of court. Bond: $5,600.

Chad Robert Johnson, 37, 2908 Dailey Road, Sulphur — domestic abuse battery. Bond: $5,000.

Nicholas Alan Olano, 35, Greenwell Springs — failure to register and notify as a sex offender or child predator; parole detainer.

Jeffery Glen Cofer, 24, Mertle Beach, S.C. — simple burglary. Bond: $12,500.

Amber Gene Smith, 37, Huntsville, Texas — drug possession; sale, distribution or possession of legend drug without prescription. Bond: $6,000.

Hali Jo Abshire, 27, 2424 Fruge St. — three counts direct contempt of court; simple burglary. Bond: $12,500.

Kristy Ann Smola, 39, 7998 Lake St. — direct contempt of court; second-degree battery; drug possession. Bond: $18,000.

Horace James Stevens Jr., 56, 1028 Alamo St. — domestic abuse battery.
