Joseph L. Soileau, 90, passed away on Jan. 31, 2023, in a local care facility.
A gathering of friends and family to celebrate his life will be held at Johnson Funeral Home on Friday, Feb. 3, 2023, from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. Cremation has been entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home.
