This project includes interior and exterior repairs, such as waterproofing the building, repairs on exterior windows and conversion of the first-floor offices into conference rooms.

The original amount for these repairs was approved at $1,370,000 on Sept. 6, 2022. The passing of this ordinance allows up to an estimated $275,000 in additional funding for repairs.

This project is contracted to Dunhill Development and Construction.

An ordinance allowing the city to accept the best quote for fencing repairs at College Oaks ballfields was also unanimously approved.
