The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

Jethro Dewayne Howard, 53, 522 N. Cherry St. — possession of firearm or carrying concealed weapon by a person convicted of certain felonies. Bond: $25,000.

Matthew Ryan Jouett, 27, Sulphur — failure to register and notify as a sex offender or child predator.

Edward Wilson, 47, 2902 7th St. — theft less than $1,000; simple burglary; false accounting.

Hope Alicie Savoie, 36, 965 E. Cal Cam Line Road — domestic abuse battery, child endangerment; direct contempt of court.

Corey Scott Braggs, 27, Northrige, Calif. — two counts theft of a motor vehicle from $25,000 or more; identity theft. Bond: $40,000.

Breonna Nicole Common, 25, 1724 N. Adams St. — simple battery; entry on or remaining in places or on land after being forbidden; resisting a police officer with force or violence; possession of marijuana, first offense (14 grams or less); certain activities regarding contraband in penal institutions prohibited. Bond: $14,500.

Joshua Craig English, 44, 6051 Breaux Road, Vinton — direct contempt of court; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; pedestrians on highways or interstate highways; drug possession; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia. Bond: $5,100.

Slade Anderson Melancon, 38, 98 Summerwood Drive, Sulphur — domestic abuse battery, serious bodily injury’ domestic abuse battery, strangulation.

Mark Anthony Celestine, 45, 2122 Medora St. — illegal possession of stolen things less than $1,000. Bond: $9,500.

Amber Eden White, 34, 6476 River Road — possession of marijuana, first offense (14 grams or less); drug possession; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; illegal carrying of weapons during commission of a crime or in presence of CDS. Bond: $12,000.

Kevin Darrell Barnes, 34, 2011 Rose St. — attempted failure to register and notify as a sex offender or child predator; possession of marijuana, first offense (14 grams or less).

David Dwayne Johnson Jr., 31, 1522 Brick St. Apt. B — two counts possession of firearm or carrying concealed weapon by a person convicted of certain felonies; illegal possession of stolen things from $1,000 but less than $5,000; two counts illegal possession of stolen firearms, first offense; aggravated flight from an officer. Bond: $215,00.

Hayley Diane Sanders, 25, Delhi — theft from $1,000 but less than $5,000; forgery. Bond: $7,500.

Howard Johnson Edwards, 50, 1025 Sampson St. — battery of a dating partner, first offense.

Jessie Avan Broussard, 45, 616 N. Lightner St., Iowa, La. — domestic abuse battery.

Zydaysia Shinessia Edwards, 25, 4249 5th Ave. Apt. W16 — domestic abuse battery, child endangerment.

Anthony Wayne Newman, 25, 4249 5th Ave. Apt. W16 — domestic abuse battery, child endangerment.

Leonard Paul Allee, 64, 1030 15th St. — theft of a motor vehicle form $5,000 but less than $25,000; simple criminal damage to property less than $1,000; theft less than $1,000; simple burglary; bicycle lamps and reflectors; drug possession.
