Kenneth Dale Davis, 59, 2809 1st Ave. — second-degree battery; domestic abuse battery.

Zavier Alexander Rubit, 24, 2037 13th St. — possession of synthetic marijuana, first offense. Bond: $5,000.

Lloyd Weston Thomas, 58, 401 Maple St. — simple burglary; theft less than $1,000. Bond: $20,000.

Nichole Renee Carriveau, 37, 286 Scheffens Road — domestic abuse battery, child endangerment.

Jerry Gerard Simien, 64, 3644 Greinwich Blvd. — aggravated assault with a firearm.

Lawrence Milton, 44, 1924 8th St. — illegal possession of stolen firearms, first offense; drug possession; possession of marijuana, first offense (14 grams or less); possession of firearm or carrying concealed weapon by a person convicted of certain felonies; illegal use of weapons or dangerous instruments.

Thomas Ray Peevey Jr., 58, 1472 W. Houston River Road, Sulphur — domestic abuse battery, serious bodily injury.

Elizabeth Vincent, 59, 1472 W. Houston River Road, Sulphur — illegal use of weapons or dangerous instruments. Bond: $15,000.

Bernie Michael Murray, 51, 1905 23rd St. — domestic abuse battery; probation detainer aggravated battery.

Aaron Paul Prestenbach, 41, 4955 Sonny Todd Road, Sulphur — simple burglary; theft less than $1,000; simple criminal damage to property less than $1,000; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia. Bond: $21,500.

Thomas Charles Duncan, 29, 3917 Carlyss Drive, Sulphur — two counts theft from $1,000 but less than $5,000; theft from $5,000 but less than $25,000. Bond: $16,500.

Joseph Bradley Riggs, 57, 1600 4th St. — false imprisonment; second-degree rape; simple battery.

Joshua Claude Benford, 37, Zachary — operating while intoxicated, third offense; vehicle turning left at intersection; operating vehicle while license is suspended; no proof of insurance; secretary to require periodical inspection. Bond: $39,500.

Dominick Cade Nordness, 21, 800 Contour St. — aggravated assault with a firearm.

Scott Marcus Breaux, 34, Abbeville — operating while intoxicated, third offense; driving on roadway laned for traffic; view outward or inward through windshield or windows obscured.
