6/25: Calcasieu Parish Sheriff announces arrest list

The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

Jerquaylen Akoreyea Davis, 25, 2132 9th St. — direct contempt of court; domestic abuse battery, child endangerment; illegal use of weapons or dangerous instruments; two counts possession of firearm or carrying concealed weapon by a person convicted of certain felonies; simple escape.

Arthur Wyatt Chancey, 69, 2908 John Bunch Road, Sulphur — domestic abuse battery.

Rudy Lee Beniot, 42, 1213 13th St. — battery of a dating partner, first offense; two counts violations of protective orders; resisting a police officer with force or violence; battery of a police officer; simple assault.

Jeremy Joseph Broussard, 41, 2317 Kathy Drive, Sulphur — simple criminal damage to property from $1,000 but less than $50,000; theft from $5,000 but less than $25,000; simple burglary; direct contempt of court.

Timothy Wayne Cormier, 53, 691 C.C. Road, Ragley — two counts simple burglary; theft from $1,000 but less than $5,000; illegal possession of stolen things from $1,000 but less than $5,000.

Truong Don Luu, 42, Houston — illegal possession of stolen things from $5,000 but less than $25,000.

J’myrick Devone Gamble, 21, 2011 Tulip St. — theft less than $1,000; aggravated assault with a firearm. Bond: $13,000.

Albert Jacob Cano, 31, Corpus Christi, Texas — domestic abuse battery.

Christopher Bert Gallow, 46, 2031 3rd St. — direct contempt of court; possession of firearm or carrying concealed weapon by a person convicted of certain felonies.

Elaine Alizabeth Austin, 37, 1028 Stevenson St., Vinton — operating while intoxicated, first offense; first-degree vehicular negligent injuring.

Shaliquia Chapman Givs, 45, 8511 Gulf Highway — domestic abuse battery, intentional use of force with dangerous weapon; simple criminal damage to property from $1,000 but less than $50,000.

Kayla Eden Taylor, 34, 211 N. Lincoln St. — two counts simple criminal damage to property less than $1,000; criminal trespass; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; drug possession.
