Bill Chapman, 83, passed away on June 23, 2021. Services will be Dec. 18, 2021 at Our Lady of Prompt Succor in Sulphur, beginning with a Rosary at 9:30 a.m., followed by a Mass at 10 a.m., and  reception from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.  Private Internment will take place in Alexandria at 3:30 p.m.
