Mary DeVille Perrodin

Mary DeVille Perrodin, was known by many as, “Mary, Marie’, Auntie, Nanny, Grandma and MawMaw”. She was on Dec. 26, 1937, in Holmwood, La., to her late parents, Lindsey and Lilly Fontenot DeVille. Our Heavenly Father called her home on Nov. 15, 2021.

She attended and graduated from Sacred Heart Catholic High School. She spent all her adult life in the medical field. She enjoyed spending time with family and travelling. She accepted Christ as her Savior at an early age, she was baptized, her Holy Communion, Confirmation and Marriage at Sacred Heart Catholic Church and later in she became a member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church until her death.

She was a joyful person love to entertain family & friends, loved by all.

She leaves to cherish her memory are grandson,Nicholas “Sabrina” Perrodin; granddaughter, Alyssa “Terrance” Mitchell; two great-grandchildren, Nickia “Kiki” Perrodin and Sofia Mitchell; her godchildren, Bradley Berry, Jeffery “Bam” Chretien and Paulette Rene’; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins. She will be missed greatly. She was preceded in death by her husband, Nolan; her three children, Leon, Brian and Yvette; her parents; and all of her siblings and a host relatives.

Visitation will be Saturday, Nov. 27, 2021, from  10 a.m.  – 11:45 a.m. at Combre Funeral Home, 1200 Mill Street, Lake Charles, La. Mass of Resurrection will be noon at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, 2021 Opelousas Street, Lake Charles, La.
