Elaine Michelle Simpson, 40, 2014 Combre St. — possession of marijuana, first offense (14 grams or less); two counts drug possession; obstruction of justice.

Marvin Lee Harris, 35, 798 Oak St., DeQuincy — domestic abuse battery.

Payton Joseph Doherty, 19, 2787 Post Oak Road, Sulphur — misdemeanor carnal knowledge of a juvenile. Bond: $10,000.

Jessica Renee Stewart, 32, 181 Green Moore Road, Starks — theft of a motor vehicle from $1,000 but less than $5,000; simple criminal damage to property $500 to $50,000; simple burglary; theft less than $1,000; theft from $1,000 but less than $5,000. Bond: $17,000.

Jeremiah Cormier, 41, 323 Decker St. — drug possession; resisting an officer; obstruction of justice; possession of marijuana, first offense (14 grams or less); prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia. Bond: $11,000.

Hasani Oba Williams, 41, 814 Paul Robertson Road, DeQuincy — simple battery. Bond: $9,000.

Connor Brian Thimling,  22, 1152 Mississippi Ave., Fort Polk — battery of a dating partner, pregnant victim.

Curtis James Cart Jr., 37, 530 Kim St., Sulphur — aggravated battery; theft from $1,000 but less than $5,000; simple arson; simple burglary; theft less than $1,000. Bond: $77,000.

Tevis Jashawn Andre Walker, 32, 2723 Hinton St. — domestic abuse battery, pregnant victim; domestic abuse battery, child endangerment.

Brinasia Roberson, 19, 2723 Hinton St. — domestic abuse battery, child endangerment; resisting an officer.

Todd Glynn Dowers, 51, 209 E. Jim Pickens Road No. 12, Sulphur — four counts direct contempt of court; second-degree kidnapping; two counts domestic abuse battery; entry on or remaining in places or on land after being forbidden; drug possession.

Jonathan Bryan Mayo, 36, 209 Catalina St. Apt. M — stalking; simple battery; certain activities regarding contraband in penal institutions; drug possession.

Catherine Marie Anderson,  64, Baton Rouge — aggravated assault with a firearm; aggravated battery.

Conswella Anderson Robinson, 45, Humble, Texas — aggravated assault with a firearm; aggravated battery; possession of marijuana, first offense (14 grams or less).

Xavier Devante Mitchell, 28, 4101 5th Ave. — domestic abuse battery.

Robert Paul Doty II, 32, 4012 Wildflower Drive, Sulphur — theft from $1,000 but less than $5,000; simple burglary; two counts direct contempt of court.

Demone Paul Captain, 23, 2237 13th St. No. 335 — drug possession; possession of marijuana, first offense (14 grams or more); prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; stop and yield sign penalties; operating vehicle while license is suspended. Bond: $8,200.
