SW La. school lunch menus Nov. 8-12

The following menus for Nov. 8-12 for area schools have been submitted by supervisors of food services. Menus are subject to change.

Allen

Lunch

MONDAY: Meatball po’boy or sliders, baked potato, mandarin oranges, mixed berries.

TUESDAY: Chicken spaghetti, yam patty, coleslaw, fruit cocktail, apple, vanilla grahams.

WEDNESDAY: Potato soup with diced ham, carrot sticks with ranch, whole-wheat roll or cheddar cheese crackers, pineapple rings with cherries, banana.

THURSDAY: Jambalaya, vegetarian or pinto beans, mustard greens, grapes, oranges.

FRIDAY: Pizza pocket or chicken taquito, cream-style corn, celery sticks with ranch dressing, pizza crackers, peaches, raisins.

Breakfast

MONDAY: Whole-grain turkey ham and cheese croissant, apricots, apple.

TUESDAY: Mini biscuits, sausage patty, mandarin oranges, blueberries.

WEDNESDAY: Whole-grain cinnamon and raisin bagel with cream cheese or cheese toast, fruit cocktail, apple.

THURSDAY: Oatmeal or oatmeal muffin square, hash brown, raising, banana.

FRIDAY: Blueberry waffles with syrup, vanilla graham crackers, grapes, orange.

MONDAY: Chicken nuggets, macaroni and cheese, carrots, apple.

TUESDAY: Chicken quesadilla, red beans, taco salad cup, pineapple tidbits.

FRIDAY: Street tacos with shredded cheese, lettuce cup, Texas ranchero beans, cantaloupe, sweet sugar cookie.
