10/26: Calcasieu Parish Sheriff announces arrest list

The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

Christopher Bernard Faniel, 35, 2877 S. Beglis Parkway No. 701, Sulphur — direct contempt of court; domestic abuse battery, intentional use of force with dangerous weapon; resisting a police officer with force or violence.

Felicia Marie Alger, 36, Panama City, Fla. — simple kidnapping. Bond: $150,000.

Kirk Collins Labiche Jr., 35, 423 Peake St. — direct contempt of court; resisting an officer; illegal possession of stolen firearms, first offense; possession of firearm on premises of alcoholic beverage outlet; possession of firearm or carrying concealed weapon by a person convicted of certain felonies; illegal carrying of weapons, first offense.

Steven Lynn Amburgey, 44, 1115 Carroll St., Westlake — two counts theft from $5,000 but less than $25,000; two counts direct contempt of court.

Dennis Ray Hillery, 29, 1007 East St., Vinton — direct contempt of court; operating while intoxicated, third offense; operating a vehicle while under suspension for certain prior offenses; vehicular negligent injuring; ignition interlock device offenses; passing a parked emergency vehicle; no seat belt.

Carlos Gabriel Diaz, 32, Dayton, Texas — operating while intoxicated, third offense; careless operation. Bond: $37,000.

Jerry Marquis Marcicle, 19, 507 W. Elizabeth St., Sulphur — simple burglary. Bond: $5,000.

Jarren Sidney Kieffer, 24, New Orleans — two counts drug possession; money laundering.

Jasmine Elize Carmouche, 23, New Orleans — money laundering.

Carl Lee Gray, 45, 2465 La. 397 No. 57 — two counts domestic abuse battery; domestic abuse battery, child endangerment; direct contempt of court.

Terrell Glenn Istre, 46, 808 Sugar Maple Lane, Sulphur — domestic abuse battery.

Gary La’Keith Williams, 55, 2619 General Patton St. — six counts direct contempt of court; theft from $1,000 but less than $5,000; drug possession; possession of marijuana, first offense (14 grams or less).
