Henry Sterling Jr, age 58, of Lake Charles, Louisiana received his wings on Sunday, October 10, 2021. Henry was born October 16, 1962 to Henry Sterling Sr. and Hilda LeDoux Sterling.

Henry was a dedicated and loved employee for Entergy for over 20 years as a Foreman. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He enjoyed woodworking making outdoor yard ornaments. Henry loved his family and his best friend Pepper his dog.

Henry is preceded in death by his parents; maternal and paternal grandparents, mawmaw and pawpaw LeDoux, and mawmaw and pawpaw Sterling; uncles Jr, and LeRoy; aunt, Marie.

Those left to cherish his memory are his sisters, Teresa Bertrand and husband Lukas of Sweet Lake, La, Tina Savoie and husband Chucky of Lake Charles, LA; aunt, Sue Breaux of Lake Charles, LA; cousins Jackie Hayes and husband, Randy of Iowa, LA, and Byron Hebert and wife, Mary of Lake Charles, LA, along with many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews; best friends Byron Miller and wife Cindy of Sweet Lake, LA and Tony Breaux.

Visitation will be held at Hixson Funeral Home of Lake Charles on Wednesday, October 13, 2021 from 4pm until 9pm. A Rosary will be prayed at 6pm. Visitation will resume on Thursday, October 14,2021 at the funeral home from 9am till procession to St. Margaret Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian burial beginning at 11am. Father Wayne LeBleu will officiate. Burial will follow at Highland Memory Gardens.
