Marvin J. Chargois was born on April 14, 1950, to Welch and Helen Chargois. He passed away at the age of 71 on Wednesday, September 29, 2021, with his family at his side.

Marvin retired from PPG Industries in 2005, where he worked as pipefitter for 30 years. He was a cowboy at heart; he enjoyed all aspects of raising cattle and horses. He loved attending rodeos to support the young cowboys and cowgirls.  Marvin considered his step great grandson, Bentlee, “the son that he never had”.  Bentlee was the motivation that Marvin needed to face each day of his illness. During the years that Bentlee has lived with his grandparents, Marvin enjoyed mentoring Bentlee.
