First -floor gallery: “Something Old, Something New,” Artisans’ Gallery exhibit begins Sept. 24;  Third-floor gallery: “High Flying and Living Large: The Paintings of James Michalopoulos” through Nov. 27.

Imperial Calcasieu Museum, 204 W. Sallier St., open 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Wednesday-Saturday and 1-4 p.m. on Sunday, admission $5 for adults, $3 for children and $2 for seniors — “Koasati-Ko-Yomahka Our Coushatta Ways” exhibit through Dec. 23.
