Tina Renay Daigle, 57, of League City, Texas, passed away on Friday, Sept. 10, 2021, at Houston Methodist Hospital. Tina was born on Dec. 7, 1963, in Lake Charles, La. to her parents, Preston and Patsy Daigle. She loved her job as a Cardiology Nurse Practitioner at MD Anderson.  Most of all she loved spending time with family and friends and living life to the fullest. Her faith was very important to her, and she was never without a rosary in hand or close by.

She is survived by her daughter, Staci Cooper (Brad) of League City, Texas; mother, Patsy Daigle of Welsh; two brothers, Chad Daigle (Nicole), Keith Daigle, both of Lacassine;  sister, Natalie Fontenot (Doug) of Welsh; honorary sister Sarah Cooling of Lake Charles ; along with many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends–all of whom she loved very much.

Tina is preceded in death by her father, Preston Daigle.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Our Lady of Seven Dolors Catholic Church on Saturday, Sept. 18, 2021, at 10 a.m. with Father Susil Fernando officiating. Visitation will be at Hixson Funeral Home in Welsh on Friday, Sept. 17, 2021, from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m., with a Rosary at 6:15 p.m., led by the Catholic Daughters. Visitation will resume at the funeral home on Saturday, from 8 a.m. until the procession to the church. Burial will follow at Lacassine Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Adult Congenital Heart Association.
