Ann Janeen Guidry was born on November 12, 1948 in Bethesda, MD to John L. and Margaret E. Crockett.

Ann enjoyed the simpler things in life, her family brought her the most joy. As a mother she loved spending time with her children, together they often enjoyed exploring the great outdoors, taking trips to Galveston Beach and enjoying the good conversation to be had with her sisters over a good cup of Community Coffee. Thanksgiving was her favorite holiday, as it brought everything she loved to the table to enjoy the food she prepared with love. In her later years, she enjoyed spoiling her grandchildren and researching the family Genealogy, sharing the family history and its legacy with them.
