He was welcomed into Heaven on September 11, 2021 by; his mother, Sherri Lynn Price; and his maternal grandfather, Bill Roberts.

From his childhood Jason loved God and the principles of living a Christian life. At the end of his life’s journey Jason’s dad could only look back at the path of his life and call him exemplary. His devotion to his God stood out to all who knew him and his life salted the life of everyone he touched.

Jason enjoyed life. He enjoyed a few landmark events that were just things he wanted to experience. He made a visit to Yellow Stone National Park with his friend Lance Stockman and went on horseback trail rides to view mountains, lakes, Bison and Bears. He loved watching his beloved Boston Red Sox and attended multiple of their games at Houston’s Minute Maid Park. He was a NASCAR fan and could thoroughly enjoy an afternoon of watching a gang of race cars drive around in circles for a few hours. He even enjoyed the excitement of jumping out of an airplane as he instantly fell in love with skydiving with his old friend Josh Joiner. He also enjoyed Fishing and playing golf with his many friends. The important part for Jason was time spent with folks and the relationship he had with them. Jason’s greatest passion though was deer hunting with his dad and I think that because he always seemed to kill the biggest buck when hunting with him.

Jason worked for years in real estate most recently at EXP Realty where he cherished a host of co-workers who became some of his closest friends. He was also a well known favorite as a Lowe’s employee.

Those left to cherish his memory: his father, Gerald (Rene) Price; brother, Shane Cutrer; sister, Jaime Day; Nephews, Landon Cutrer, Kolten Day, Kyler Day, Kathen Day; Maternal grandmother, Jean Roberts; and Paternal grandmother, Elouise Johnson; and many beloved extended family and friends.

The family will welcome friends on Wednesday, September 15, 2021 at Livingway Pentecostal Church starting at 10:00 AM.  His going home services, led by Pastors Lance Stockman, Charles Nugent, Tim Mahoney, and Brent Keating will begin at 1pm. He will be laid to rest at Consolata Cemetery immediately following.
