Funeral services for Frankie I. Laurence will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 14, 2021 at 1 p.m. in the Toledo Bend Baptist Church in Anacoco with Bro. Lynn Laurence and Bro. David Martinez officiating.  Burial will follow in the Good Hope Cemetery under the direction of Labby Memorial Funeral Home of Leesville.

Visitation will be held on Monday, Sept. 13, 2021 from 5 p.m. – 9 p.m. and resume on Tuesday, Sept. 14, 2021 from 10 a.m. until service time in the church.

He served as a pastor in New Iberia and Westlake, and supplied for many churches in Louisiana. He served his country in the United States Army and was honorably discharged in 1955.  He loved to sing and was an avid hunter and fisherman.

  Left to cherish his memory is his son and daughter-in-law, Lynn and Beth Laurence of Anacoco, La.; one sister and brother-in-law, Dianne and Don Stokes of Anacoco, La.

The family of Mr. Laurence would like to extend a very special thank you to Dr. Turner and Dr. Anna Landry and their staff, and to the staff of Hospice of Leesville, for their wonderful care.
