Adam Materne was born on April 5, 1991 in Gillis,LA.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife Casey Materne; his father Harold and step-mother Mary Materne of Moss Bluff; his son Edward; daughter Regan; five brothers, Matthew, Daniel, Brandon, Joshua, and D.J.; and sister, Nicole.
