Daryl Laughlin, age 60, passed away on Wednesday, September 1, 2021. Daryl was born on June 4, 1961. to J.D. and Betty Laughlin. He was a lifelong resident of Sulphur, LA. He loved eagles, to color, going fishing, working on puzzles, spending time with family and taking care of his mother.

He is preceded in death by his father, J.D. Laughlin; his brother, Wayne Laughlin; his nephew, Christopher Domingue, and his niece, Celina Menard.

Left to cherish his memory are his mother, Betty Laughlin; 5 sisters- Angie & Jeff Domingue of Vinton, Debra Fontenot of Sulphur, Elizabeth & Randy Spell of Lake Charles, Cheryl & Ernest Weekly of Sulphur, and Delinda & Richard Fazzio of Ragley; 2 brothers- Vance Laughlin, Sr. of Moss Bluff, and Johnny Morgan, Sr. of Sulphur; and numerous nieces & nephews and extended family.

Visitation will begin at noon on Thursday, September 9, 2021 at Hixson-Sulphur Memorial Funeral Chapel and will resume on Friday at 10:00 a.m. until time of service.

Funeral services will begin at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, September 10, 2021 at Hixson-Sulphur Memorial Funeral Chapel with Rev. Ben Lyons officiating. Burial will follow in Big Woods Cemetery in Edgerly.
