Theresa Marie Ardoin, age 81, of Welsh, Louisiana passed away on Wednesday, August 25, 2021. Theresa was born July 25, 1940.

She enjoyed being outside, tending to her garden and yard. Theresa often volunteered to help call bingo at Golden Age Nursing Home. She is already deeply missed.

Theresa leaves behind her sisters, Vernadine Leonard and Sylvia Fruge; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her sisters, Mary Fontenot, Georgia Ardoin, and Annabelle Fontenot; brothers, Robert Ardoin, Julian Ardoin, Jules Ardoin, Joseph Ardoin, Albert Ardoin, Jr., and Raymond Ardoin; and her parents, Albert and Anna Ardoin.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the visitation from the chapel of Hixson Funeral Home, Welsh, on Friday, August 27, 2021 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. A Rosary will be held at 6:00 p.m. Visitation will resume on Saturday, August 28, 2021 from 8:30 a.m. until the Funeral Service at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Ardoin Cove Cemetery.
