Hilton Joseph Jr., 63, passed away on Aug. 14, 2021 in Stafford, Va.

At a young age he worked at a local refinery. The rest of his life, he worked as a general contractor. He enjoyed fishing, cooking and horseback riding.

Survivors include his children Ahmad Goodman of Baton Rouge, La., Tiwaunda Murphy of Stafford, Va., Evelyn Joseph of Lake Charles, seven grandkids, and nine great-grandchildren; sibilings, Marjorie Guillory, Veronica Joseph and Gregory Joseph.

He was preceded in death by his father Hilton Joseph Sr.; mother, Clara Bell Frank; brother, Gilbert Joseph; brother, Marshall Joseph; and brother, John Joseph.

The family will receive friends for a celebration of Hilton’s life at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 21, 2021 at Saint Matthews Baptist Church in Westlake.
