JENNINGS — A Calcasieu Parish man is facing an indecent behavior with a juvenile charge after Jeff Davis Parish sheriff’s deputies received a complaint involving inappropriate contact between him and a female juvenile.

David Michael Breland, 36, of Lake Charles was arrested Tuesday after detectives learned he met a 16-year-old juvenile while employed at a Lake Arthur business.

He is being held in the Jeff Davis Parish Jail without bond.
