Officials break ground Thursday, March 28, 2019 at the site of the new Children’s Advocacy Center — an expansion at the Family and Youth Counseling Agency. The $1.5 million project is expected to take roughly nine months to finish, according to Erika Simon, Family and Youth vice president.
