Menus for April 14-18 for area schools were submitted by supervisors of food services. All include choice of milk.

Beauregard Parish

Lunch

Monday: Red beans, rice and sausage, mustard greens, carrot sticks, mixed fruit and cornbread.

Tuesday: Baked ham, baked beans, tossed salad, pears and roll.

Wednesday: Cubed pork and gravy, brown rice, seasoned corn, garden salad and oranges.

Thursday: Pasta variety, green beans, garden salad and choice of fruit.

Friday: No school.

Cameron Parish

Lunch

Monday: Chicken tomato bake, whole-kernel corn, tossed salad, pineapple tidbits and bread.

Tuesday: Taco salad, ranch beans, tortilla chips, fruit cocktail and sliced wheat bread.

Wednesday: Fish strips, macaroni and cheese, broccoli florets, tomato wedges, apple wedges and cornbread.

Thursday: Baked ham, fresh baby carrots, fruit cocktail and bread.

Friday: No school.

Lunch

Monday:

Beef and cheese soft-shell tacos, salsa, sweet peas and applesauce.

Tuesday:

Red beans, rice and sausage, seasoned mustard greens, spiced apple slices and cornbread.

Wednesday:

Grilled chicken on whole-wheat bun, fries and fruit.

Thursday:

Pork roast with rice and gravy, mixed dark-greens salad, glazed carrots, sliced pears, whole-wheat roll, and cake or cookie.

Friday:

No school.

Jeff Davis Parish

Lunch

Monday:

Chicken stew over rice, corn, green beans, fruit and roll.

Tuesday: Fish sticks, fries, lettuce and tomatoes with dressing, gelatin, fresh fruit and roll.

Wednesday:

Chicken teriyaki over rice, vegetable blend, fruit, baked cookie and roll.

Thursday:

Ham and rice dressing, okra, yams, frozen fruit treat, fruit and roll.

Friday:

No school.
