Victim identified in Fall Street shooting

Police identified the victim in Monday’s Fall Street shooting as 31-year-old Domingo Elizalde MiJangos, a Latino male, authorities said Tuesday afternoon.“At about 7:45 p.m. Lake Charles police received a call in reference to a shooting,” police spokesman Mark Kraus said at 9:30 p.m. Monday night.
Detective Sgts. Lecia McCullough and Richard Harrell are investigating the homicide. Kraus said anyone with information or knowledge about this homicide is asked to call Lake Charles Police Department at 491-1311.
