Sulphur man charged with aggravated incest

A 56-year-old Sulphur man has been charged with four counts of aggravated incest, authorities said.
Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office spokeswoman Kim Myers said Ray C. Skinner, 601 Henning Drive, was arrested Aug. 2 after a three-week investigation.
“On July 16, the Sheriff’s Office received a complaint accusing Skinner of having sexual contact with a 6-year-old female family member on numerous occasions between July 2-9,” Myers said in a news release on Thursday.
Judge Kent Savoie set Skinner’s bond at $300,000.
Detective Trey Thomas was the lead investigator on this case.
Myers said the investigation is ongoing and that more arrests are possible.
