Title: American Justice or Christian Charity, Curtis?
Since Thomas Jefferson purchased Louisiana, I believe American justice has been in play. And since the bill of rights includes the right to presumption of innocence until proven guilty in a court of law, it's premature to be calling names.
If legal theory doesn't do it for you, how about judging not lest ye be jugdged?
Or maybe you are not about American justice or Christian ethic?
It's a sad story overall and prayer and sympathy are what are needed for all involved.
