Family of slain woman offers reward

The family of Sierra Bouzigard is offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of whoever is responsible for her death, Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office spokeswoman Kim Myers said.
Bouzigard’s body was found Nov. 23, 2009, along John Koonce Road in Moss Bluff. Sheriff Tony Mancuso described her death as a “pretty brutal murder.” Coroner Dr. Terry Welke ruled that Bouzigard died of blunt-force trauma to the head. She was 19.
Myers said anyone with information can call Detective Mark Clark at 491-4523.
