A Sulphur convenience story was robbed early Tuesday morning, city officials said.
Two men, one of whom was armed with a two-by-four piece of wood, robbed the Fifth Wheel Conoco on North Beglis Parkway around 3:45 a.m., Sulphur Police Chief Lewis Coats announced in a news release.
Coats said the suspects are both black males, approximately 5-feet, 11-inches tall. Both wore all black clothing with bandanas covering their face, Coats said.
The men entered the store and demanded a store employee to open the cash register, Coats said. The suspects left with an undeteremined amount of cash, Coats said.
Coats said Sulphur police department are looking for three black males who were in the store around 12:30 a.m. They are not suspects, he said.
