Thomas should return

Coach Matt Viator said Tuesday that cornerback Seth Thomas is “probable” to return to the lineup against Nicholls State this weekend. Thomas was a late injury scratch from the lineup against Southeastern. He was replaced by Guy Morgan.
Thomas has been one of the most consistent and electric players in the McNeese secondary this season with three interceptions and a fumble recovery. He was named the FCS National Defensive Player of the Week by the College Sporting News after picking off a pair of passes against Tulane.
