You can subscribe to the American Press daily, Mon.-Sat. or Sat.-Sun. only. We also deliver by mail.

Delivery problems
Our goal is to provide customers with the most reliable and consistent delivery possible.
If, for any reason, you do not receive your American Press, or if it is unreadable and you would like one delivered the same day, call our Customer Service Department at (337) 494-4040 during the following times:
Mon.-Sat. before 11 a.m. | Sun. before 10 a.m. | Holidays before 7 a.m.
Paying your bill / questions about billing
If you have a question concerning your bill or payment options, call our Customer Service Department at (337) 494-4040 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
If you choose, you may pay your bill in person at our office. We are located at 4900 Hwy. 90 East, Lake Charles. You may pay your bill here between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
