St. Margaret Catholic Church, 2500 Enterprise Blvd., will hold its annual Calca Chew Food Festival 7 a.m.-3 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 30.

The festival, first held in 1984, features food and music in an alcohol-free environment.

The event will begin with a Mass in the church. Music will be provided by Les Amies Louisianaises.

During the festival, Cajun French music will be provided by “Red” Saltzman and Friends.

The festival will feature a variety of food, including boudin, gumbo, fried fish, etouffee, jambalaya and chili. The Knights of Columbus will serve barbecue dinners.

This year’s festival will include a Cake Boss contest. Entries must be taken to the family center by 9 a.m. First-, second- and third-place ribbons will be awarded.

Other attractions include silent and live auctions; games; face painting; vendor booths; and a $2,000-grand-prize raffle.
