Live nativity

OAKDALE — A live nativity and concert will be 6-7:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday, Dec. 19-20, at the corner of 13th Street and Sixth Avenue.

The Christmas story will be presented every 30 minutes. The event is sponsored by local churches and the Oakdale Area Chamber of Commerce.

JENNINGS — “How the Grinch Stole Christmas” will be shown at 7 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 20, in the Strand Theatre, 432 North Main St.
