Children’s Theatre starts final workshop

The Chilren’s Theatre Company announces
that its final workshop of the 2012 Summer Starz Series, “Kidz in
Showbiz,” a workshop
on musical theater, will be July 30-Aug. 3 and will introduce
newcomers to musical theater and challenge veterans to perfect
advanced theatrical concepts and production techniques.
Students
ages 5-18, will learn musical theater techniques by acting,
singing and dancing to songs from Broadway shows. The final class
features the students in a performance demonstration highlighting
musical theater skills learned.
The cost of the workshop is $85.00. No experience is needed. All workshops have limited enrollment and are held at Central School of the Arts & Humanities Center.
