Ragley man found shot to death outside his home

A 53-year-old Ragley was found shot to death near his home Monday morning, authorities said.
Beauregard Parish Sheriff Ricky Moses said Jerry Stover was found around 8 a.m. outside his home at 15186 US 171.
"Detectives are in the early stages of the investigation and no suspect or motive has been established at this point," Moses said.
