JENNINGS — A 28-year-old Jennings man has been charged with pornography involving juveniles, state police said.

Seth Bivens was arrested Wednesday after State Police and U.S. Homeland Security investigators conducted a search warrant at his residence, Sgt. James Anderson, Troop D spokesman said.

The warrant was the result of an Operation Child Watch investigation initiated by State Police detectives involving child pornography allegedly being downloaded by Bivens, according to Anderson.

Police found evidence of child pornography during an examination of a hard drive at the residence.

Bives was booked into the Jefferson Davis Parish Jail where he is being held without bond.

If convicted, Bivens faces up to 20 years in prison and up to a $50,000 fine.
