City police investigating double shooting

City police are investigating a late-night double shooting at the St. Charles Place Apartments at 1011 W. 18th St.
Deputy Chief Mark Kraus said two people were shot around 7:38 p.m. Sunday.
Kraus did not release an updated status of the victims, who were taken to the hospital with gunshot wounds Sunday night.
Kraus said the investigation is still ongoing and said that anyone with information should call city police at 337-491-1311 or Crimestoppers at 337-439-2222.
