Registration is under way for players ages 13-16 by South Lake Charles Little League.

Player evaluations and the draft will take place later this month, according to Ron Turner, SLC Little League president.

Also, SLCLL is starting a new “50-70” division for 13-year-olds. Bases are 70 feet apart and the pitching mound is 50 feet from home plate, with baserunner leadoffs allowed.
