Naked man lies down in road, dies when hit by cars

BATON ROUGE (AP) — Police say a naked man ran into the street and was killed while laying there after being hit by three cars.
The incident happened Friday night after an altercation at a convenience store, WAFB-TV reports (http://bit.ly/VcSQTn ).
Police say Lawrence Kelson, 18, ran out of the south Baton Rouge store naked and tried to steal a car in the parking lot. After he couldn't get the car started, Kelson ran into the busy four-lane thoroughfare of Burbank Drive and lay down. He died in the street after being hit. Police don't yet know if Kelson was intoxicated.
