NEW ORLEANS (AP) — The Orleans Parish Coroner's Office releases the toxicology report on Terrilynn Monette, the Harvey teacher who had been missing for months before her body was found in a New Orleans bayou.

Dr. Frank Minyard's report says he found a very small amount of alcohol in Monette's system and there was no trace of drugs.

State Rep. Austin Badon told WVUE-TV that proves Monette was not drunk.

Monette went missing in March after leaving a bar. Her body was found three months later inside her car at the bottom of Bayou St. John.
