McNeese Athletic Department to host open house

McNeese State Cowboys football fans are invited to an open house from 5-7 p.m. Thursday, June 27 at the Jack V. Doland Field House. The event is free, open to the public and free food and drinks will be provided.

Fans will have an opportunity to tour the field house, preview seat locations for season tickets and meet various members of the Cowboys coaching staff, including head coach Matt Viator.

There will be three guided tours beginning at 5:00 p.m. and running every 30 minutes. Tours will begin in the main lobby of the field house. During the tours, fans will get a behind-the-scenes look at the Cowboys’ training facility, including the opportunity to view the film room, weight room, locker room, coaches’ offices and Cowboy Stadium.

In addition, Cowboys football fans will be able to purchase season tickets. Ticket sales representatives will be on hand to assist with any inquiries or general information. More information regarding tickets is available at www.mcneesesports.com

The evening will conclude with the first of two McNeese Athletics town hall sessions. McNeese Athletics staff will be available to answer any questions, concerns, or feedback fans may have about the upcoming season or past experiences.
