Man charged after streaking at during McNeese fireworks show

A man was arrested for “streaking” at McNeese State University’s homecoming fireworks show, campus officials said.
Campus police arrested Milton Marcantel, 21, and charged him with public intoxication and public indecency, said Candace Townsend, McNeese spokesperson.
She said Marcantel is not a McNeese student.
