Texas newspapers are reporting that a man wanted for questioning in the disappearance of a Vinton woman was arrested Thursday in Tennessee.

The Orange Leader reported that 26-year-old Joshua Latham, Orange, Texas, was arrested for a felony probation violation in Maryville, Tenn.

Forty-one-year-old Tami Diane Higginbotham was to meet Latham in Orange Friday in her boyfriend’s truck to sell her cell phone, the Beamont Enterprise reported.

The truck was later found at Blue Bird’s Fish Camps, the newspaper said.

When Latham was arrested in Tennessee, his girlfriend and infant child were with him, the Enterprise said. He had gone to a relative’s house, the newspaper said.
